A project in the works, ChaiLA is a recipe I came up with for a decaf chai sweetened with honey. I typically bring it to soccer games on cold nights and occasionally I’ll sell it at larger events to raise money for non-profits. Everyone that tastes it tells me I need to sell it but, honestly, endlessly making giant vats of chai in my kitchen doesn’t sound fun. If you’d like me to cater something though, I could show up with a few large thermos’s and warm up your guests with a hot cup or cool them down with equally delicous iced chai!
